The Easter Season in the Church begins with the Easter Vigil and goes for fifty days - culminating with the Feast of Pentecost.
It is the longest liturgical season celebrating the greatest feast in the Christian calendar - EASTER.
CHRIST HAS RISEN!! If he hadn't, there would be no Church, no Christianity.
So join your Church family in praise and worship during this holiest of seasons!
The bunnies and the eggs are gone from the stores, but it is still Easter in the Church and in our hearts,
Fr. Frank Coens, OFM
