What a crazy past few weeks it has been! Bishop Malone has lifted the restrictions It is so exciting that our ministries are now able to meet for so many important activities.
SOS (Service, Outreach, Social) Team will be meeting on Thursday, February 10th in the St. Francis Room at 5:30 pm to discuss the upcoming Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday Celebration! Red Beans and Rice, A.J.’s music and King Cake! This parish party is planned for Tuesday, March 1st in the gym 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
St. Paschal Society of St Vincent de Paul has been very active helping the less fortunate in our church parish and the surrounding area. We have been able to help because of the generous donations that we have received. Our next meeting will be Monday, Febraury 14 at 6:00 pm in the St. Francis Room. Come be a part of this exciting ministry.
As tasked by the Pastoral Council, in accordance with the Strategic Plan, we have begun to send out worksheets to assess the needs and goals of all of our ministries. The cover letter and the worksheets are being sent to the ministry leaders. Once we hear back from the ministries we will share the information with the Pastoral Council.
I would like to thank Father Pike for his leadership, sage advice and awesome devotion to our parish during this transition. We just could not do it without you Father!
